The ideal candidate will likely come from a marketing agency background, with a proven track record of expertly managing the development and delivery of RFPs and pitches to win new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production and coordination of pitch materials, ensuring the highest quality responses and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage the internal coordination and organization of RFP and LOP submissions, aligning the right team members to craft compelling, client-focused responses.
  • Work with CS to take a strategic approach to growing existing accounts, identifying new business narratives, and expanding services within key clients.
  • Stay on top of market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscapes to ensure Swayable remains ahead of industry demands.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, new business acquisition, or partnerships, with a strong background in marketing agency work.
  • Proven track record of helping to land large, strategic accounts, and successfully leading RFP responses and pitch development.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Expertise in working with senior leadership, guiding teams through complex business development processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages and proposals to resonate with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Advanced proficiency in presentation and design software (Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.) to create compelling pitch materials.
  • Passionate about Swayable’s mission to use data-driven insights to change the course of history.

Compensation: $130-170K, depending on experience.
