Entera is seeking experienced professionals to join our team and support real estate transactions in both single-family disposition and acquisition processes.

As a you will ensure world-class listing and offer management for our clients and industry partners. Brokerage Coordinators are of the brokerage services team and are responsible for stewarding volumes of transactions across the finish line.

  • Be responsible for the entire spectrum of administrative duties for acquisition and disposition processes, while actively identifying opportunities for process improvement and leveraging various technologies.
  • Collaborate with and aid brokerage agents and stakeholders with the accurate, complete and timely execution of critical tasks and tracking of required documentation and data entry points
  • Review documents & listings for quality, accuracy, and compliance and escalate to the appropriate parties as needed
  • Facilitate interactions with vendors including scheduling, issue resolution and problem solving 
  • Schedule and coordinate regional field team assignments, communicating with our field agents on issue resolution and solving problems
  • Collaborate with teammates to address both internal and external inquiries and requests 
  • Efficiently manage the resolution of issues throughout all stages of real estate evaluation, acquisition, and disposition processes

  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in admin or data entry position or recent graduate from an accredited real estate or similar degree program
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to deadlines
  • Experienced with listing services, MLS (various states), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Organized multi-tasker with strong attention to details
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a tech-forward work environment 
  • Supernatural email, slack, and digital communication management skills
  • Smart, honest, and ethical and able to handle confidential manners appropriately

  • Previous experience as a transaction coordinator or real estate agent
  • Six Sigma or other team and method process training
