As the B2B Marketing Lead at Elayne, you’ll be instrumental in developing and executing our B2B marketing strategy from the ground up. Working directly with our CEO, you’ll establish foundational marketing processes, track and evaluate campaign performance, and define our brand’s voice across key channels. This hands-on, multifaceted role covers everything from analytics and content creation to social media and design—perfect for a scrappy, creative thinker who thrives in an early-stage environment. What You’ll Be Working On
- Direct Collaboration with the CEO: Work closely with the CEO to shape our brand identity and create sales collateral that resonates with our target audience. You’ll contribute to design, messaging, and other elements that establish a consistent, compelling brand presence.
- Content Creation and Social Media: Build and manage our social media presence, producing content like whitepapers, webinars, and blog posts. You’ll lead our content strategy, positioning Elayne as a thought leader and engaging prospects meaningfully.
- Product Campaign and Rollout Support: Play a crucial role in product launch success by helping design engaging webinars, end-user emails, and other materials. Your work will encourage users to explore our platform and navigate key elements of legacy planning and loss.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing or related roles within a fast-paced environment, with a focus on data-driven growth strategies.
- Advanced Design Skills in tools like Figma, allowing you to create visually compelling marketing and sales collateral as well as illustrations across channels.
- Analytical Approach to Marketing: You have a data-driven mindset and focus on analytics to extract insights, while also bringing a creative eye to design and content development.
- Strong Copywriting Skills: An ability to craft clear, empathetic, and impactful messaging that resonates with our audience. At Elayne, you’ll create copy that guides individuals through sensitive topics, ensuring that our communications are both informative and compassionate.

- Experience with Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) and social media advertising platforms to drive multi-channel impact.
