What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding and engaging high-quality talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while playing a critical role in scaling our teams.
This role will be hybrid, based out of our Menlo Park, CA office 3x per week.
What you’ll accomplish

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.

Source and screen candidates through various channels, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and update candidate records in Ashby, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Assist with employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and recruitment events.

Support data tracking and reporting to help measure recruitment performance.

Take ownership of other recruiting-related projects as needed.

About You

You have 1-2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.

You are passionate about finding top talent and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

You possess strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

You have excellent communication skills and can build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes initiative to drive improvements.

You have experience sourcing talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby
