Grubhub Marketing is looking for a Marketing Analytics Associate Project Manager. You'll be an integral part of the Marketing Analytics team, supporting key members from across the Growth team.
Overview:
The Marketing Analytics, Associate Project Manager, supports our Diner Acquisition, Performance Marketing, and Growth teams. This role is an individual contributor and will support the team to manage and monitor the delivery of tasks and projects regarding marketing investments, ensuring that they are prioritized, resourced, meet the requirements and are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop forecasts for marketing spend
  • Track spend against forecasts and budgets weekly
  • Support the invoicing process across Growth, including accruals, invoice submission, management, tracking and reconciliation
  • Support month-end processing, partner with various stakeholders to gather status and approvals
  • Support communication between marketing, accounting and finance
  • Facilitate onboarding of new expense owners
  • Support the flow of contracts from intake to invoicing
  • Research and reconcile invoices and expenses, as needed
  • Apply strategic thinking to ensure smooth operations; recommend and implement improvements
  • Utilize Sheets, Workday and other software/tools to efficiently manage and share information on the status of invoices
  • Facilitate weekly status meetings
  • Balance multiple low to medium-complexity projects at once
  • Develop and maintain regularly scheduled reporting


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a project management role
  • Experience leading small projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently without direct oversight of work
  • Must be comfortable using Google suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


NY Salary Range: $79k-$119k
The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.
