Associate Product Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with design, operations and sales teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements. 

• Support in the end-to-end execution of new/iterated products, including: 

• Providing feedback during design phase to improve user experience and achieve business needs. 

• Conducting feature briefs with development team. 

• Testing for business use cases in coordination with overseas QA team. 

• Authoring development Jira tickets for goals and tasks as well as maintaining product technical specs documentation library. 

• Communicate product updates, releases, and initiatives to non-tech teams. 

• Organize and manage product documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma. 

• Work with operations to inform execution guides and documentation for clients 

• Liaise with the Taiwan-based development team, occasionally attend nightly stand-up calls to inform and manage priorities and help resolve any roadblocks (flexible hours required). 

• Manage and track all team and client-reported bugs, ensuring proper documentation, prioritization, and QA testing alignment for the development team. 

Qualifications 

• 2-5 years of experience in product coordination, QA, or a related role. 

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Asana, and Airtable. 

• Basic understanding of front-end and back-end development processes. 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage documentation and facilitate cross-team collaboration. 

• Ability to work flexible hours to align with international teams. 

• Bonus: Proficiency in Taiwanese or Mandarin. 

• Bonus: SQL, Python, AWS experience. Experience in media / influencer marketing.
