The Role

As an Associate Product Manager focused on AdTech and Programmatic Advertising, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing our product offerings in the digital advertising ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data analytics, and ad operations, to enhance our advertising technology stack to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the rapidly evolving programmatic landscape.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop expertise in AB testing frameworks and leverage data analytics to assess the revenue and user metric impact of any new product feature. Monitor key metrics and KPIs, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization of our ad product suite.
  • Product Launch and Support: Assist in product launches by developing detailed documentation of product features, providing training to internal teams, and supporting post-launch optimization and troubleshooting.

You Have

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media. Exposure to DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, or similar platforms is highly desirable. This could also be an attractive role for someone with 3-5 years of experience in programmatic operations looking to transition into a more technical/product career path.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms, ad exchanges, APIs, and data integrations. Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure product success.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
