I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
Lifestyle Client Activation team produces integrated marketing programs on behalf of our major advertising clients. This team interfaces with internal teams including Sales, Account Strategy, The Foundry (DDM’s in-house creative agency), Legal, and Edit. The Activation team is the sole point of post-sale contact for our client agencies, advertisers, and media partners to ensure program elements are cohesively executed as sold, offering a high level of white glove service.
The Associate Manager supports and works with a team to produce and activate sold programs. The position reports to an Associate Director or above.
II. Essential Job Functions

25 Responsible for program management and client service of multiple advertiser programs at any given time.
15 Work with Sales and Account Strategy to transition programs to Activation, participating in the internal kick-off meetings, helping to facilitate the client kick-off and setting up weekly status meetings both with the client and internally as needed.
25 Articulate production elements and instill confidence throughout the execution process especially during critical periods of uncertainty or compressed timeframes.
15 Drive project delivery through effective use of external/client, internal and vendor meetings, meeting notes and project status documents.
20 Ensure the participating DDM team clearly understands their respective scope in terms of deliverables, target milestone dates throughout the project - providing guidance and direction as needed.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant work experience and qualifications to be equally weighted
Experience:
You have worked in a campaign activation, production or media role for 1+ years.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge and capability: You have a baseline understanding of —and desire to expand your experience working with—video production, digital media, social, advertising, and marketing.

Attention to detail: Detail and accuracy is a focus for you and evident in everything you do, from email communication to production materials such as timelines and scopes of work.

Communication: You have established written and business communication skills. You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills that will engage clients, agency decision makers, team members and internal counterparts.
