Salary Range: $65,000.00- $75,000.00 OTE 

The Opportunity

The Associate Campaign Manager is a member of the campaign management team, which provides services to our clients and ad sales through campaign management, delivery management, performance optimizations, creative troubleshooting, and programmatic channel management. Campaign Associates will be responsible for the implementation of online advertising campaigns across Kargo including setup, QA, and launch of mobile direct and programmatic ad campaigns. You will work with both internal teams and external parties to ensure campaign delivery objectives are met. You will have knowledge of ad serving systems and a passion for new and emerging technologies. You will also have a collaborative and “can do'' attitude to help interface with our Analytics and Media team and deliver exceptional media solutions.

The Daily To-Do:

  • Perform pre-launch activities, including: campaign builds, site list adjustments, ad tag generation, and other tasks as assigned by Director
  • QA new launches as part of a rotation on the Campaign Management team
  • Own pacing & delivery of campaigns (direct and programmatic) as assigned by Director
  • Accurate campaign setup and on-time launch; maintain proper budgeting within ad servers to limit leakage or over-run revenue
  • Communicate with Sales Planning team when campaigns are under-pacing, to secure additional inventory
  • Work with Client Services Manager to optimize campaign performance against client KPIs and communicate when faced with campaign pacing issues
  • Provide 1st & 3rd party reports on scheduled or ad hoc basis
  • QA line items to ensure proper set up, ensuring various types of creative tags and pixels are properly trafficked within Ad Manager 360
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently before escalating to next level such as PMP scaling, targeting, and impression/click tracking
  • Submit troubleshooting tickets within selected ticketing management system
  • Update campaign trackers (per cadence established by Director) with correct campaign/placement/line item information and 3rd party delivery
  • Work across regions and within team to complete projects as assigned by Director

Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of online advertising experience
  • Attention to detail & top notch organizational skills
  • Self starter, fast learner
  • Experience working with Ad Manager 360, RTB, DSP’s, SSP’s, ad exchanges, ad servers, data partners and/or or other optimization platforms is a plus
  • Ability to build excellent rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
  • Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settings
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities
  • Direct-sold and programmatic mobile advertising experience
