The Department: Marketing

The Role: Associate, Growth Marketing (Advanced Trading Products)

We're looking for a data-driven, crypto-native Growth Marketing Associate to sit at the intersection of product and growth marketing. You'll own go-to-market strategy for our most technically sophisticated product lines - advanced trading, perpetuals, and margin - while building and nurturing the developer and power-user communities that drive long-term adoption. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable writing a creative brief and diving into onchain analytics.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, tech, and design.

We’re looking for someone who moves fast, is a forward-thinking owner, and has a deep understanding of advanced trading products. Someone who’s plugged into the crypto industry, capable of managing multiple priorities, and cares about results.

At its core, this role is what you make of it. It’s built for a high agency, mission driven operator who wants to take ownership, level up quickly, and win with a team that actually keeps score.

If you're chronically online, a builder, or someone who just hates losing, you’ll feel at home here.

This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for advanced trading, stocks, and perpetuals — from positioning and messaging to launch campaigns and post-launch optimization
  • Partner closely with product, design, and engineering to translate complex features into compelling narratives for retail and professional audiences
  • Create content and campaigns that resonate with technically sophisticated audiences — developers, quants, and DeFi power users
  • Collaborate with product and BD teams to activate distribution partnerships
  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for developer-focused programs, including hackathons, the Builder Program, and trading competitions
  • Build and manage relationships with developer communities, Discord ecosystems, and crypto-native builder networks
  • Monitor funnel performance and surface insights that inform product and marketing decisions
  • Work with BD, product, and brand teams to ensure GTM plans are tightly coordinated across all touchpoints
  • Contribute to broader brand and campaign work as a subject matter expert on trading and developer audiences

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in growth, product, or lifecycle marketing — ideally at a crypto, fintech, or developer-tools company
  • Deep familiarity with DeFi, onchain trading products, or developer ecosystems
  • Communicate clearly and don't wait to be told what to build next
  • Strong written communication skills; able to write crisp copy and compelling positioning for technical audiences
  • Fluent across the modern AI stack and understand how to build AI-first marketing systems
  • Comfort with data — you know how to measure what matters and make decisions from it
  • Bonus: experience running hackathons, ambassador programs, or community-led growth initiatives
  • Located in NYC

  • Long-term incentive in the form of a new hire equity grant
  • Comprehensive health plans

  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Flexible time off

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $82,500 - $110,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
