We're seeking an Associate Director, HR Business Partner to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life by transforming the way therapeutics and materials are discovered.

As a member of our Human Resources team, you'll be responsible for advising the business on talent and organizational decisions, as well as working across departments to develop and implement key HR initiatives.

What you'll do:
- In partnership with senior HR and business leaders, develop and implement impactful strategic HR initiatives to drive business results and increase employee engagement.
- Advise and guide senior company leaders and managers on talent and performance management strategic efforts using HR data from engagement surveys and other HR analytics tools.
- Manage flawless execution of HR employee lifecycle activities, including performance management, compensation planning, talent development initiatives, and other initiatives that drive a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers on organizational team structure and hiring strategy.
- Execute companywide talent practices in a fast paced, global environment, with commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop effective partnerships with the broader HR team globally, as well as other key stakeholders for the function (Legal, Finance, IT, and others).
- Partner with employment counsel and the business on the identification, escalation, risk mitigation and resolution of employee relations issues.
- Take a leadership role in the application of broader company philosophies and delivery of programs, including but not limited to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Safety, and others.
What you should have:
- At least seven years of HR business partner experience
- Demonstrated expertise in consulting with and constructively challenging senior business leaders to shape organizational strategy, goals, and alignment
- Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed environments and across multiple geographies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly.
- Experience working within software development and/or biopharma (preferred)
- Ability to travel to visit various client locations within the US and outside of the US

Estimated base salary range: $170,000 - $210,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
