The Role

The Squarespace Channels and Services Channel Partner team focuses on supporting and empowering creative professionals to build sustainable businesses that help clients succeed on our platform. Since 2016 we’ve focused on expanding the offerings we’ve provided to our network of Partners in an effort to engage, expand, and strengthen our community. As we set forth on reimagining the community member experience, we’re looking for an Associate Community Manager to join the team.

You will work hybrid in our NYC Headquarters office and report to the Team Lead, Channel Partner Program.

You'll Get To…

  • Develop a deep understanding of our pro user community including their needs, activation and friction points, and personas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key community segments
  • Support the launch of our new tiered program, utilizing community feedback to drive quick iteration 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to activate and engage with community members at key transition periods
  • Strategize new ways to recognize the value that Circle members are creating
  • Generate new programs, benefits, or initiatives that increase member engagement, activation, and satisfaction iterating on and documenting processes as needed

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of community management experience
  • 1+ years of project management or project coordination experience
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with multiple partners
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic, and holistic mindset, eagerness to learn and build
  • Strong sense of empathy for customers
  • Experience with Squarespace or other content management systems

Cash Compensation Range: $53,500 - $75,000 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
