About the Role

As an Associate Account Executive at Rho, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, focusing on lead generation, sales support, and client engagement. This position is designed to be a launching pad for your career in fintech and software sales, offering a clear path to becoming a full Account Executive within a year.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of Rho's growth initiatives, working closely with Senior Account Executives to drive new business and support existing client relationships. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of fintech, gaining hands-on experience with our innovative all-in-one financial platform that combines corporate cards, payments, and banking services.

Your responsibilities will span a range of critical sales activities, from conducting outreach through phone, email, and in-person interactions to attending industry events and meeting potential clients. This position will challenge you to develop a deep understanding of Rho's value proposition and articulate it effectively to prospects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead-generation activities through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives

  • Attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships

  • Learn and articulate Rho's value proposition to prospects

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new features and promotions.

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Passion for fintech and willingness to learn about financial products and services

Our people are our most valuable asset. The base salary for this role is $70,500. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off. This role is eligible for an uncapped performance bonus paid quarterly. Inclusive of on-target performance bonuses, the total salary range for this role is $90,500.
