Associate Account Executive - Commercial Lines

Job Purpose:

To assist unit in processing daily account activity. To provide technical support in accordance with company operating procedures.

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining account folders in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines.
• Support servicing teams by ensuring real-time updating of agency management system.
• Review and support document download process from carrier partners.
• Work directly with carriers to procure important policy documents and notices.
• Liaise with Accounting department on research and justification of premium charges as compared with endorsements and invoices.
• Perform other specific duties as directed by the Account Executive.
• Pursue a program of professional development.

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills
• Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance
• Good typing skills and computer literacy
• Ability to work within designated time frames
• Good interpersonal skills
• P&C license preferred

Required Skills:

• Strong computer skills; Excel & Word a must

The expected pay range for this position is $30.21 an hour to $46.15 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
