We’re looking for an Application Engineer to join Team Snapchat! As a member of the CRM Technology team, you will design & ship quality code primarily leveraging Force.com and related frameworks. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with various teams to build scalable applications and tools to support revenue growth for advertising business. 

What you’ll do:

  • Work with Product Managers and Customers to understand business problems.

  • Design & build scalable applications/features focussed towards creating business impact.

  • Work with other engineering teams to build & maintain high volume inbound & outbound integrations.

  • Ensure high application uptime.

  • Build technical documentation & contribute towards engineering excellence in the area of CRM.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Force.com fundamentals and configuration capabilities.

  • Experience in front end design and/or application development.

  • Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience leveraging Lightning framework and Apex programming.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Python and/or Java.

  • Experience with javascript UI frameworks

  • Passion for building a rich and innovative user experience.

  • Experience with Ad Platforms or online Ads Industry.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $152,000-$228,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $144,000-$217,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $129,000-$194,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
