The Opportunity

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll be instrumental in supporting our dynamic sales team. As a member of the BizOps team, your role will be integral in areas such as: revenue forecasting, goal setting, productivity, and GTM strategy. The Daily To-Do

  • Deliver regular business analysis to the sales team, including RFP volume and close rate trends, historical account spend, and AE performance metrics, to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and deliver regular reports to senior management on sales performance, including revenue, pipeline, and other relevant metrics
  • Contribute to the development of Incentive plans and objectives. Manage monthly commission calculations and communicate commission goals and achievements.
  • Analyze and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve automating certain tasks and streamlining workflows.
  • Take ownership of Salesforce hygiene and continuously look for ways to optimize and improve the Salesforce system and its UI/UX including the ownership of page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows and fields.
  • Understand the GTM tech stack and ensure best practices are implemented across all tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Rattle, etc)
  • Support the GTM planning process and pivotal initiatives through capacity planning, efficiency, review, market segmentation, quota/incentive design, and more
  • Partner with our Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to manage available data sources, and produce clear, digestible reporting with actionable business insights
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure cohesive operation and alignment with company objectives

Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years in sales operations, preferably in digital media or programmatic advertising
  • Proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in BI / data analysis tools (Looker)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
