Analyst, Equity & Fixed Income Middle Office

The Team: 

We are looking for a Middle Office professional to work on the Clear Street Equity and Fixed team; a part of the operations division. This role will be focused on supporting clients and business stakeholders in the middle office function.

The Role:

• You will perform daily trade captures, confirmations and allocations
• Manage the Prime Brokerage Agreement documentation process
• Handle daily trade and settlement queries
• Investigate and resolve daily positions and nostro breaks
• Assist in the buildout of new applications and help test during integrations
• Work closely with business stakeholders to fulfill business requirements
• Contribute to process improvement and the general operation of the team and company

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year of professional experience with and a strong knowledge of Equity/Fixed Income products
• BA/BS Degree in Finance or similar major
• Strong understanding of equities and fixed income trade processing
• Experience in various allocation platforms, Omgeo Central Trade Matching, Fix protocol
• Experience in various trading OMS, FlexTrade, Liquidity Book is a plus
• Experience working with large data sets
• Self-motivated, high attention to details, and extremely organized

We offer:

The base salary range for this role is $65,000-75,000. The range is representative of the starting base salary for this role at Clear Street. Which range a candidate fits into and where a candidate falls in the range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. These ranges represent Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The ranges stated do not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
