About the Job: 

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As an AI Transformation Lead, you will drive and oversee our strategic initiatives that leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This is a senior-level role requiring deep expertise in leading large-scale transformation projects, advising executive stakeholders, and bridging the gap between AI technologies and business outcomes. 

What You’ll Get to Do: 

  • Lead end-to-end AI transformation projects, from strategy development to execution and operationalization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on incorporating AI/ML solutions to solve complex business challenges and capitalize on opportunities. 
  • Identify and implement AI/ML use cases that enhance revenue generation, streamline operational processes, and drive efficiency gains across the organization. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tech Leads, Engineers, and business leaders, to define and prioritize transformation initiatives. 
  • Leverage a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and middle office activities to deliver AI-driven solutions tailored to financial operations. 
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of AI initiatives and ensure continuous improvement. 
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML trends and technologies, driving innovation within the organization. 

What You’ll Bring with You: 

  • Proven experience advising senior stakeholders on large-scale transformation programs, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. 
  • Expertise in employing AI/ML technologies to drive revenue growth, operational improvements, and efficiency enhancements. 
  • Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle and middle office functions, preferably within the financial services or trading industries. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. 
  • Experience in managing diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. 
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications in AI/ML or transformation management are a plus.
