What we're looking for

We are in search of an AI Software Developer who brings a passion for innovation and problem-solving. The role is for a highly skilled developer who has extensive experience and knowledge working with LLMs or other NLP technologies, RAG pipelines, and training AI models. This position is ideal for someone who wants to make AI-powered intelligent digital assistants more human-like and is willing to dive deep into the psychology behind what that entails. You will have a major impact on the behavior of our conversational AI systems that are being used by millions of consumers across the world, while working independently within a small, creative, and supportive environment of passionate people. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience with a lot of creative control inside a rapidly growing tech startup.

What will you do

• Build AI-powered digital assistants.
• Design, build, and maintain conversational AI flows
• Conduct cutting-edge research on the latest methods that help us retain an edge in the market.
• Ship fast. Deliver high-quality production code in a fast-paced startup environment. Show us how it’s done with high-quality PRs.
• Bring best practices in modern development to our team.
• Building and updating our CI/CD pipeline as the products evolve.
• Work autonomously. Take direction and execute tasks with quality and efficiency without requiring extensive guidance.

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience working with NLP technology
• Experience working with LLMs
• Experience building custom RAG pipelines
• Extensive experience with training and fine-tuning LLMs
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL
• Experience integrating 3rd party products or frameworks
• Experience with cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of AWS practices
• Passion for solving problems
• Up-to-date with the latest dev trends, techniques, and technologies

Bonus Points

• Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
• Experience with computer vision
• Understanding of building end-to-end test automation
