The Role

Sensor Tower is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Partner leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our agency partner network and identifying brand partnership opportunities. You will be responsible for nurturing and converting existing agencies into the partnership model, as well as proactively identifying and pursuing new brand partnerships.


Base salary: $100,000 - $105,000 + Variable


Please note: This is remote, but we are hiring specifically in the Los Angeles or New York areas because these are two big employee hubs for us. We have office space available for work collaboration and team building events. Business partners within these geographical regions are involved with agency relationships and customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities for the Agency Partner:

Business Development:

  • Identify potential brand partners who could benefit from Sensor Tower's services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and advertising landscape and the needs of brands in various industries.
  • Create tailored proposals and pitches to attract new brand partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Sales and Conversion:

  • Work closely with agencies to convert them into long-term, strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close new brand partnership deals.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements that align with Sensor Tower's goals and the partner's objectives.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to the onboarding and implementation phase.

Agency Partnership Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners.
  • Educate agencies on the benefits of our partnership program and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with agencies to identify opportunities for mutual growth and success.
  • Monitor and optimize agency performance and engagement.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and Account Directors, to drive partner success.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, opportunities, and sales progress.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on partnership performance to leadership.

Skill set you can bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, mobile app industry trends, general advertising and competitive landscape is a plus.
