The details: Ideal candidates will embody a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrate a passion for Axios’ mission and have the following skills:
- Enthusiasm for scheduling and light calendar management (preferably with Google Suite)
- Strong organization skills to manage logistics such as booking travel, submitting expense reports and department meetings + onboarding tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams
- Extreme attention to detail and time management
- Organized record-keeping, including team documentation and expense tracking
- Desire to grow project management skills and a proactive, autonomous approach
- Embrace a customer-service mindset
- Commitment to using discretion when handling sensitive information
- Media / editorial experience a plus
- 0-2 years of experience
Starting hourly wage for this role is in the range of $18.00 - $24.00 per hour and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills. This range does not include other compensation and benefits.
