The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated administrative assistant to support our investment professionals  in our New York office.

  • Collaborate with senior administrative assistants to assist with their workloads and drive efficiencies
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, book conference rooms, and organize meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Create and process expense reports
  • Assist with phone coverage for the team and set up conference calls as needed
  • Manage event logistics from start to finish, including setting dates, booking venues, ordering catering, and coordinating with the facilities team on room setup and AV needs
  • Handle attendee logistics for events, such as creating RSVP forms, managing waitlists, confirming attendance, and greeting attendees
  • Collaborate with corporate access sector heads on the management of conference logistics and calendars and ensuring investment team organization and preparedness
  • Work on special projects and perform personal assistant functions as required
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Ability to multitask, effectively prioritize, and adapt to an ever-changing work environment
  • Proactive work ethic with a “roll up your sleeves and get the work done” mentality, a sense of urgency, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and professionally with people at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000, which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
