Reporting to the Sr. Director, Special Projects, the ideal candidate will work  with our management team as the backbone of administrative activities to help plan, coordinate, and manage our group’s operations. 

Responsibilities

As Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, & Chief Product & Technology Officer, reporting to the Senior Director of Special Projects for the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day to day demands and activities including:

  • Day-to-day administration and management of all areas of executive support
  • Scheduling meetings, 1:1s, speaking engagements and client meetings
  • Managing travel and expense reports
  • Assist in the preparation for Executive Leadership events, itineraries and coordinating of logistics in the Boston Office
  • Work with the Board of Directors to schedule meetings, interacting regularly with the Vista EA’s
  • Liaise daily with all areas of the business while interacting with all other C-level Executives to help facilitate key projects and meetings

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years support experience working in a growing fast paced technology organization
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google apps
  • Self-starter attitude and enthusiasm when working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to properly multitask and prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, or customer implications
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • High level of discretion pertaining to confidential information
  • High sense of urgency, drive and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

Compensation: The annual base salary for this full-time position is $80,000 - $90,000. Final compensation will be commensurate with your experience and will be determined by a variety of factors, including city of residence, relevant skillset, and job-related knowledge.
