Job Overview:
The Bliss Group has an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced Account Supervisor, Paid Media Strategist.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the paid media needs of our clients in the B2B industry. You will help clients and account teams identify and execute the right digital media tactics to achieve their objectives across Paid Media channels including paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
Working in an integrated marketing environment, you will also be asked to advise on lead generation strategy holistically. This may include building/growing skills in email marketing (including creating a lead gen form on a client’s website, identifying the target audience, nurturing the leads through a triggered email series, and then following up with re-targeting/other online ads).
The right candidate is a creative and analytical thinker, who loves digging into data, following digital media industry trends, and creatively bringing a campaign to life across all Performance Marketing channels.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Overall:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
  • Manage project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and working to meet goals.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Share social/digital trends and best practices. Research new platforms to support clients’ business and marketing goals.

Paid Media:

  • Develop paid media strategy for clients ranging in budget and KPIs.
  • Advise on paid media as part of a broader integrated marketing campaign.
  • Manage paid media channels including but not limited to budget management and optimization, A/B testing, performance reporting, and writing insights.
  • Understand each platform’s nuances, best practices, and latest updates.
  • Comfortable with data privacy regulations (i.e., GDPR) and understands how to capture personally identifiable information in a safe, secure way (i.e., email, first name)

Analytics:

  • Monitor campaign performance across paid channels and Google Analytics. Optimize based on data-backed insights/learnings
  • Monitor and report on performance, helping clients and account teams define and evaluate relevant KPI's

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Agency experience in B2B is required. Professional Services, Financial Services, or Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • 4-6 years of digital/performance marketing, Paid Media experience required.
  • Email marketing, account-based marketing, or analytics experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate the intricacies of paid media to all knowledge levels.
  • Experience with paid media platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics and programmatic.
  • Experience developing paid media strategies across the full marketing funnel to meet a client’s business goal.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
