Job Summary
The Account Manager is a key role within Customer Success as part of Optimum Media's National team. Collaboratively, Optimum Media's Customer Success, National team is focused on three primary objectives: provide a great customer experience for our internal sales teams and external clients, work side by side with sales to foster and build positive relationships with our customers and ensure our customers' expectations are exceeded and they value us as a trusted partner. Account Managers are great collaborators, strong communicators, strategic thinkers, pay attention to the details and know how to get results for their clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of and be proficient in managing campaigns across various digital platforms and have experience in linear TV strategies. You will act as the primary point of contact that supports both agency and client direct business, managing the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns to ensure seamless execution, optimization, and success.
Responsibilities

  • Acting as the digital and linear media subject matter expert, you're responsible for driving successful campaigns through strong partnership with our clients and internal partners. A comprehensive understanding of media planning, a strategic mindset and a passion for building lasting client relationships will drive success in role.
  • Serve as the client partner and advocate, developing smart media programs to achieve the client's goals.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the evolving digital, OTT and linear (television) advertising landscape, acting as a subject matter expert
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in digital advertising, programmatic buying, and linear TV.
  • Partner with all internal teams (Billing & Collections, Planning, Creative Services, Data & Analytics, etc.) to ensure smooth pitch to pay media buying experience for all Account Management clients.
  • Be proactive and work with buying team to identify, optimize and solve any campaign challenges.
  • Provide reporting and invoicing for distribution to clients and internal teams.


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in client relationship management
  • Experience in digital and linear media (in AdTech, Analytics, CRM, Linear Media, Nielsen, Digital Media, OTT/CTV, Programmatic advertising and/or Social Media, 3rd Party tracking/tagging) with a successful track record in a high-growth, hands-on culture preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and interpersonal and the ability to convert complex ideas, strategies and quantitative data into simple messages
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn and to better understand online interactions
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized and deadline-driven with the ability manage and support multiple projects simultaneously


**Preferred Skills:**

  • Experience in managing cross-platform campaigns integrating linear TV and digital.
  • Familiarity with unwired advertising and addressable TV solutions.
  • Knowledge of connected TV (CTV) / OTT (Over-the-Top) advertising.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00 - $126,684.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
