What you will get to do

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospect for new business, perform deep discovery and demonstrate value, drive engagement via trial to solidify the business case, build trust and consensus with stakeholders to close deals
  • Truly own your book of business to proactively build and accurately track pipeline
  • Help shape the process - we are at an inflection point and joining early will allow you to partner with leaders to crystallize and codify the sales process
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding, value realization, and long-term success - you will own renewals and expansions

This role is tailor-made for you if

  • You have 5+ years of experience selling in B2B SaaS in mid-market/enterprise in North America
  • You are a consultative seller. You partner with multiple stakeholders to sell value, not a point solution.
  • You are curious and empathetic - you get to know a prospect’s priorities and pain points deeply to help solve their problems
  • You crush your quotas and are relentless about hitting goals
  • You see yourself building and leading a sales team in the near future
  • You are energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • You’ve high confidence, a low ego, and are generally a good human being :)
