We are looking to make a key hire to increase Welcome Homes’ sales by establishing residential real estate agent partnerships. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and resourceful mentality to help us accelerate our growth and acquire new customers.
Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and execute a sales plan; including educating agents about the impact of working with Welcome Homes

Outreach to prospect accounts (real estate agents) using a multi-channel approach (including phone, email, and sms)

Learn and present Welcome Homes’ agent program and products (homes) to prospective agent partners

Work full-cycle deals from initial outreach, to qualified, to negotiation, to close

Once opportunities are successfully landed, expand throughout the account. It’s your account - create happy and referenceable partners that you can generate repeat business from!
About you:

Running a full sales lifecycle, start to finish, you should be able to prioritize sourced leads, qualify them, and close deals. We’ll help you, but you should be awesome at the fundamentals.

Proven experience working a sales pipeline proactively

Excel in a high-paced and high-growth startup sales environment

Coachable and driven to improve your own skills. We want you to want it and are curious enough to analyze your own activities in order to improve (don’t worry we coach you too).

Resourceful at identifying and utilizing internal resources (sales development, subject matter experts, etc.) to help you close deals. We don’t expect you to know everything, we have lots of smart people on the team to help you!

Superb listening skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. Understand first, so you can take strategic action.

Target OTE for this role based on experience: $90,000-$110,000 annually + equity + health benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
*Optional: We offer every employee the option to own all equipment purchases through our 50/50 program. The company will contribute 50% towards the laptop’s total price and the employee will pay for the remaining 50% and will own it.
