As an Account Director of our Performance Media Business, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, working hand in hand with our President and leadership team to drive the expansion of our advertiser base. This is a client-facing role that heavily focuses on collaboration, strategic account management and relationship building. As a leading member of the Advertiser team, you’ll play an instrumental role in scaling our rapidly growing business by applying a performance-marketing driven approach to onboarding, managing and optimizing campaigns. You will leverage your experience and skillset to exceed client KPIs and ROAS targets while also maximizing yield and opportunity for Moxxi.



- Oversee the Advertiser lifecycle from onboarding, to growth and optimization. You will battle through adversity and come up with innovative and scalable strategies to unlock spend from our advertisers.
- Develop innovative management strategies that can be applied across multiple accounts simultaneously to exceed KPIs for Moxxi and our Advertisers.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and monetize unsold inventory across our ecosystem.
- Work closely with our advertisers to understand their business model, how they measure success, and what unlocks scalable spend into Moxxi’s business.
- Drive efficient management of key clients (weekly meetings, quantifiable growth goals, ongoing KPI optimization, etc.).
- Develop top-to-top relationships with all Key Advertisers.


- Bring thought leadership and suggestions on how to improve operational processes to scale advertiser campaigns. Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership to inform Sales Pipeline.
- Establish proactive client review and planning; including preparation and presentation of QBRs and Internal Company goal planning.


- Build and lead a high performing team empowered to autonomously maximize their respective accounts.
- Demonstrate a high degree of ownership over Moxxi’s Advertiser ecosystem and key metrics.
- Work with operations, analytics and product team to ensure proper utilization and maximization of key levers to grow the business and propose solutions to expand our advertiser marketplace.
- Exhibit strong cross team collaboration/solution mapping and sets initiatives to support broader business vision and strategy.


- Organization & Planning: Plan, organize, schedule and budget in an efficient productive manner. Focuses and aligns the team on key priorities.

- 5+ year of Performance Marketing Experience, with a focus on yield maximization of media.
- Experience managing multiple $1M+/Year Accounts.
- Experience working with Executive levels of management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
