  • Support Account Managers in delivering integrated gaming campaigns across North America.
  • Assist with campaign set-up, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal teams (creative, ad ops, strategy, production).
  • Track project budgets and liaise with Finance on invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Manage day-to-day admin tasks including client status updates, meeting notes, and reporting decks.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and gaming audiences to inform client recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by responding quickly and providing excellent service.
  • Share client feedback with internal teams to help improve campaign delivery.

What do I need to bring?

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, client service, or campaign delivery (media, advertising, gaming, or related field).
  • A genuine passion for gaming and gaming culture.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with timelines, juggle multiple tasks, and follow processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling start-up environment.
