Gray, who is a member of resource groups for women, Black employees and parents, has seen the outsized contributions these groups have had on the company culture. Whether celebrating Kwanzaa and Galentine's Day or pushing the needle forward on D&I initiatives, Gray said TPT's ERGs "allow us to share our unique experiences, be our authentic selves and build a community that has contributed to a culture of honest communication."

Raptor Dzuricsko’s role at TPT is a multifaceted one. In addition to coding, debugging and troubleshooting, he’s currently working on making the team’s software delivery and rollbacks more reliable, transparent and effective — which will ultimately offer a better experience to educators. While there are many reasons why technologists should be excited to join Dzuricsko’s team, he said it all boils down to three key factors: “cool open-source tooling and features, having a significant impact on making teachers’ lives easier and working with thoughtful people.”
