● We are a fully remote organization, and our employees can work anywhere they choose.
● We expect full-time employees to work 40 hours / week. Our employees are expected to be present via video for team meetings 9.30-12.30 Mon-Fri with a week-end recap on Friday afternoon. Outside of those hours, employees can structure the remaining hours of their work week however they choose, taking care to coordinate with team members.
● We provide a monthly stipend for a co-working space
● 5 weeks vacation each year, with 3 weeks mandatory time off. Unlimited sick and personal days within reason.
● Parental support: 12 weeks PTO with childcare stipend for birth mothers or the primary caregiver in the case of adoption of same-sex parents. Non-birth parents or non-primary caregivers will receive 6 weeks PTO upon birth of a child
