At The Muse, we believe not only in working hard, but also in

done in all sorts of ways and all sorts of places, not just the
office from 9 to 6, Monday through Friday. So we’re all for
considering flexible work schedules if it makes you a more
productive, effective, happy employee and team member.

At The Muse, we have an unlimited vacation policy. This
means we don’t cap the number of vacation days you take
each year. How cool is that?!

We definitely want Musers here for the long haul! So,
the purpose of the sabbatical leave policy is to give
employees who have reached their fifth year anniversary
the opportunity to rejuvenate.

Full-time Musers who have worked for the company for at
least six months are eligible for paid leave following the birth
of an employee’s own child or the placement of a child in
connection with adoption or foster care.
