“MSK is committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment,” Ward said. Not only is the organization a member of the OneTen coalition, which aims to increase the share of Black talent at top institutions, but it also focuses on internal career mobility in an effort to build more diverse leadership pipelines. Ward added that employee resource groups, such as LGBTQ+ Pride, enable workers to foster inclusion themselves.
