At Kevel, we offer 100% paid medical, dental and vision insurance for our employees and their dependents. We offer long term disability, short term disability and life insurance for all Kevel employees. We offer unlimited PTO with a minimum of 20 days off per year. We recognize 8 company holidays including our Kevel break at the end of the year (Kevel offices are closed from Christmas to New Years every year). We offer a 401K plan with a 4% match.
We offer 100% paid parental leave (All Kevel employees who are welcoming a child to their family, either through birth or adoption, will receive 8 weeks of paid time off. Foster parents are eligible for up to 4 weeks of paid leave per 12 month rolling period.) Our parental leave policy also includes leave for any employee who experiences reproductive loss.
