Own end-to-end privacy incident management: triage and lead incident response, coordinate cross-functional remediation, maintain on-call readiness, run retrospectives, track remediation and metrics, and improve tooling and automation to reduce manual work.

Lead global paid performance channels (search, social, mobile UA) to drive new user acquisition and ROI. Own strategy, testing, measurement, platform partnerships, and performance reporting; partner with Data Science and cross-functional teams to design experiments, scale playbooks, and surface insights to leadership.

Lead a team of product managers to define and execute finance transformation and automation across accounting, treasury, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Serve as second-in-command for Coinbase Derivatives' Market Regulation Department, leading day-to-day regulatory compliance, managing exams and audits, advising on CFTC Core Principles, reviewing surveillance escalations and enforcement actions, and coordinating cross-functional regulatory workstreams to ensure the DCM meets obligations and resolves findings timely.

Own product strategy and delivery for chat, voice, and proactive support surfaces to maximize automation rates and CSAT. Build AI-integrated capabilities with ML/LLM teams and vendors, partner with Engineering, CX Operations, Data Science, and Compliance on platforms (Amazon Connect, Sprinklr, Salesforce), drive build-vs-buy decisions, and execute cross-functional delivery to optimize customer and agent experiences.

Manage Coinbase's defense in securities class actions and shareholder derivative suits. Lead pleadings, discovery, motions, expert work, settlement negotiations, and outside counsel. Advise senior leadership and the board on litigation risk, monitor corporate law developments, and manage D&O insurance relationships.

Lead and coordinate IT and security audits across cloud infrastructure, application security, IAM, vendor risk, and blockchain products; shape audit roadmap; produce executive- and Board-level reports; drive remediation and validate corrective actions; partner with technology leaders and mentor audit staff.
