We provide premium medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents. Included is an FSA/FSA Dependent/HSA with $100/month employer contributions ($200/month for plans including dependents). We also offer a 401K program with an employer match of up to 4% of your annual compensation. In addition, every employee receives stock options in the company sharing in the company's success.
To ensure your home office is up to par, we offer a $250 stipend, and to help you grow in your role we provide a $1,000 annual Learning & Development stipend. Our $5,000 employee referral program includes a $1,000 charitable donation to a non-profit of your choice and $4,000 directly to you. We also offer an additional $200 matching donation for the non-profit of your choice
