Members of the kinship network can seamlessly communicate via two-way SMS/email/voice call in multiple languages, regardless of time or geographic location. Kinvolved is the ideal platform for working parents who want to be involved in their children's educations, but who lack time to be physically present. The company's first tool, the Attendance Tracker, allows teachers and after school leaders to record attendance and immediately notify kinship members of absence or lateness in multiple languages. Further product development, including a positive incentives tool, feature to predict and prevent student absence, and grade and behavior recorded, will enable communication about many additional data points, all to promote partnership and shared accountability for student success.
