Create a company profileHere's the Cliff Notes of what we do: we're a female-founded company that helps people build relationships with the people they love. Here's the long version: I'm Julie, Small Packages' CEO. I started out as an attorney: graduated from Harvard Law School, and practiced at a large corporate firm. I had zero bandwidth to be a human, and my relationships with my friends and family suffered enormously. So, I quit, and became a relationship coach. I worked primarily with professionals in their 30s, and I saw the exact same thing happening to them. My clients were “successful” on paper but because of their sheer mental load, their personal relationships were atrophying, and it was ruining their mental health. I wanted to build something to fix it, because the scope of this problem is enormous. 3 in 5 Americans report feeling isolated, and that's a pre-COVID statistic. So, we built Stage 1 of our business, which you can see on our website today. Stage 1 of our company was pure gifting. We curate care packages for all occasions, with handwritten notes, that you can send in under 3 minutes. All of the thoughtfulness with minimal effort...no one wants to schlep to the Post Office. With $50k of investment from friends and family, we’ve scaled this business to over 6k customers, and we’ve done almost $1M in revenue. We’ve worked with Twitter, Uber, Deloitte on the corporate side….we are humming. Now it’s time for Stage 2: our app, “Present.” It’s the “Alexa for your personal relationships.” Everything you’re juggling right now, to keep your personal relationships strong, it will do for you, with just a few clicks. We completed Techstars in Oct 2021, where we found and brought on our CTO, Paul Simoni. He’s a full-stack engineer & a PhD. Our UX/UI designer was an early Hinge employee and worked at Spotify. We're growing incredibly quickly, and need to hire people who understand our mission (making it easy to have meaningful friendships, no matter how busy you are). If that's you, we'd love to hear from you. - We are a mission-driven, female-founded company that is dedicated to tackling the loneliness epidemic. - We're growing quickly, which means there's a huge opportunity for ownership. - We've taken the 15% pledge, and are dedicated to diversity in hiring. - Our CEO is a trained executive coach, and we take professional development seriously.

WeWard wants to get more people walking the world over, by any means necessary. The simple act of walking is good for our bodies, our minds, and the planet. But its immense value has been overlooked and underappreciated. We know that humans are hardwired for the reward; so we’re creating more ways to playfully motivate people to walk using a free mobile application that rewards its users in a digital money (Wards) for walking. These Wards can be used inside a dedicated e-shop to support a cause, receive gifts or even cash. After 4 years, WeWard rewards 20 millions of people for walking every day and increases its users' walking time by 24% in average. VISION: MORE PEOPLE WALKING, THE WORLD OVER MISSION: TO MAKE WALKING A MORE REWARDING PART OF OUR LIVES

Evvy is a female-founded startup building a new understanding of the female body. Our at-home vaginal microbiome test is the first to leverage metagenomic sequencing to help anyone with a vagina understand what’s up down there, why it matters, and what they can do about it. Why the vaginal microbiome? Turns out, at least 30% of people with vaginas suffer from imbalances in the vaginal microbiome every year (read: bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, and UTIs). What’s more — the latest research has uncovered groundbreaking links between the vaginal microbiome and infertility, STIs, preterm birth, gynecologic cancers, and more. But even though the vaginal microbiome is an important biomarker, women and people with vaginas have never had access to that information about their own bodies — until now.
