Yext, a digital presence platform, has announced its acquisition of Places Scout, an SEO and location intelligence company specializing in location-based data to track performance, competitors and visibility across search channels. The company says the acquisition strengthens Yext’s ability to offer these insights to its customers.

This acquisition follows Yext’s recent purchase of Hearsay Systems, further reinforcing its commitment to helping brands connect with customers.
