Warp got $50M. Sequoia Capital led a round of Series B funding for Warp, a company working to simplify how developers work with their software’s command line interface — a user interface made for interacting with a device or program. Warp also announced that it added a new tool to its terminal called Warp Drive, which facilitates team collaboration and helps developers deliver software faster. [Warp] 

Beehiiv pulled in $12.5M. Digital media company beehiiv offers a newsletter distribution platform that works to help companies connect with their customers over email advertising and newsletter subscriptions. The platform announced a Series A led by Lightspeed Ventures, with plans to double its team size across engineering, design, operations, marketing and sales. Fero Labs secured $15M. Using AI to help optimize the manufacturing industry for cost and carbon emissions, Fero Labs raised growth funding led by Climate Investment. Fero’s platform equips plant operators with insights into the root causes of any issue in their processes and helps them implement updates for sustainably and performance. Sollis Health raised $15M. Operating a network of medical centers in New York and Los Angeles, Sollis Health is expanding its medical concierge service across the nation with a new round of funding. The company provides members with on-demand urgent and emergency care. Sollis Health says wants to move into new markets, including the Bay Area and South Florida. [Business Wire]

Captions secured $25M. Planning to further its AI-powered tech, creative studio Captions announced a round of Series B funding from lead investor Kleiner Perkins. The company works to streamline the video production process by automating elements like captioning, editing, dubbing, script creation and music integration. Its latest round brings its total capital raised to $40 million. [Business Wire]

Fractal launched Flyfish. Fractal equips enterprises with artificial intelligence and analytics solutions. The company announced the launch of Flyfish, a digital sales platform powered by generative AI. The solution analyzes a person’s buying patterns, purchase history and product preferences to offer them a personalized shopping experience.
