Hot off the heels of our recent Inc. Magazine Best Workplaces award, we are proud to announce that our very own CEO, Dom Tancredi has been recognized as a 2017 Owler Top Rated CEO in New York.
For the first time, Owler is honoring the top rated CEOs on their platform. CEOs are rated by members of the Owler community, who have collectively contributed more than a quarter-million ratings this year. Owler analyzed those ratings, ultimately distributing 1,000 awards to the highest rated CEOs from over 167,000 CEOs on Owler. Winners span from 50 cities and 25 industries worldwide. Dom Tancredi is in good company, making the list alongside leaders of Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Netflix.
2017 Owler Top Rated CEO Awards provide a complete market view of a CEO’s rating, which includes ratings from employees, competitors, followers, and general Owler users. Dom is #24 of 352 on the list of Top New York CEOs and #87 of 238 on the list of Top CEOs in Early Stage Companies.

Formerly, our CEO, Dom Tancredi has fourteen-plus years of development experience including web, database, and interactive projects for both startup and enterprise projects, including seven-plus years of mobile development experience on Android and iOS platforms. Dom is a craftsman at heart and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality. He has personally mentored almost every developer at Dom & Tom and prides himself on the growth and achievements of each one of them. His personal motto “Do Good. Be Good.” has become the company motto. Dom holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago. Dom has given countless presentations on digital development innovations as a prominent thought-leader in the industry at multiple events including Pace University, AOL Ventures, Oculus Rift demonstrations with Downtown Alliance in Lower Manhattan, and more.
Informally, Dom spends his spare time perfecting the workplace selfie and has high ambitions to be The King of the Dad Jokes (see below for his selfie skills.)
