Bringing your pet to work is still a rare perk by and large, but one of the implicit benefits of working in the tech industry is the nearly universal acceptance of dogs in the office.

Pet-friendly work environments can reduce stress, boost productivity and improve morale — and you don’t have to leave your closest companion home alone all day. If you’re looking for an animal-loving workplace — these companies have you covered.

Handshake uses tech to help streamline the B2B buying and selling experience so that the products you love are actually on store shelves when you're ready to shop. In addition to a dog-friendly office, they also have a host of great perks and benefits, ranging from PTO and unlimited vacation to health benefits and a 401(k) program (among many others).

Bark & Co’s mission revolves around dogs, so a dog-friendly office policy is a must. Bark & Co is the company behind the popular BarkBox, a subscription service of dog toys and treats, as well as BarkShop, BarkPost and BarkLive.

Coworking giant WeWork's dog-friendly environment helps to break the ice among neighbors in the open-office space. Other perks at WeWork include equity, company-wide retreats and beer on tap.

Contently helps brands run their content-marketing efforts. In addition to a pet-friendly office, Contently gives employees a 401(k), education credit, quarterly company outings, Friday lunches and equity.

Voxy helps non-native English speakers learn the language through an array of lessons, live classes and self-study. Perks at the company include a dog-friendly office, a 401(k), free meals and happy hours, free language lessons, flexible work hours and stock options.
