Contentsquare has recently appointed Melanie Oberman as its new chief people officer. With over a decade of experience in people operations within high-growth tech environments, Oberman will help drive Contentsquare’s global people strategy and talent development.
Prior to joining Contentsquare, Oberman served as chief people officer at Heap, where she significantly contributed to developing a high-performance culture. Before her time at Heap, Oberman was VP of People at Jetblack where she helped support the company’s expansion during a rapid growth period.
Contentsquare specializes in digital experience analytics, helping businesses enhance user experiences on web, mobile and app platforms. Its AI-driven platform offers detailed insights into customer behaviors, emotions and intentions at each stage of the customer journey. Oberman’s appointment follows Contentsquare’s acquisition of Heap in 2023 and the launch of its new experience intelligence platform.
