Company culture can make or break an employment experience.

Company values, compensation, work-life balance: It’s not always easy to extract this kind of information in a formal job interviewing process. And yet career development advisors uphold these aspects as the bedrock of sustainable working relationships.

Giving candidates a clear view of company culture from the outside looking in is an art form, and these two New York companies have become masters of it. Built In New York sat down with two companies, Canoe and monday.com, to see how they introduce candidates to their company culture.
