Chancellor, who previously served as CEO of Humu, has two decades of experience working at technology and infrastructure companies. Aircall is experiencing significant growth and plans to expand its product offering. Having recently launched several new artificial intelligence capabilities, the company aims to achieve profitability within the next year.
Olivier Pailhès, Aircall’s co-founder and former CEO, will remain on the company’s board of directors. Effective immediately, Chancellor will lead Aircall to pursue its mission of enabling richer, more meaningful business conversations.
