Your Impact on our Mission

As a CRM Marketing Manager, you’ll play a meaningful role in building effective campaigns that engage patients, enable a smooth appointment experience, and ultimately drive rebookings. Your day-to-day includes…
- Owning the end-to-end campaign development process, including list/segment creation, test setup, email development, QA, deployment, and analysis.
- Developing, planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns through rigorous, hypothesis-driven A/B or multivariate testing, using email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages to meet business goals.
- Brainstorming new campaign ideas with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Product Marketing, Product, Analytics, Design, and Brand.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing, User Research, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to execute lifecycle optimizations, ad-hoc campaigns, and support cross-functional initiatives with little to no supervision.
- Monitoring deliverability and maintaining email health metrics to determine the optimal frequency and form of communications.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 3-5 years of work experience in a highly analytical CRM role.
- Strong analytical skills (particularly within Excel and Looker) and the ability to leverage data for insights and action.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to quickly build relationships and influence behavior with other teams across the company.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once in an ever-changing environment.
- The ability to push through barriers to get things done with a sense of urgency.
- Experience with SQL, Looker, Braze, and HTML is preferred.

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
NYC Base Salary Range
$90,000—$131,000 USD
