Job Description
JPM Payments Data & Analytics enables clients to maximize the benefits of data-empowered insights, leveraging the power of Data Science and AI. The VP of Product and Client Success role leads the effort to ensure J.P. Morgan clients across the globe receive the highest value out of their interactions with our Payments Data & Analytics products. We are looking for a product-led growth thinker to spearhead customer success, product success and sales & marketing programs that will drive client adoption of our data products at scale. The role is a unique opportunity to both represent and drive product impact as the Voice-of-Customer, reporting directly to the Data Product Owner.
The role involves leading efforts to ensure clients receive high value from the company's products, creating client onboarding, marketing, and engagement programs, and promoting the commercialization of AI-powered products. The candidate will also lead Field Readiness efforts and represent the product impact as the Voice-of-Customer.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop our team's global processes for product adoption and commercialization, building scalable operations to support clients in realizing the full value of our flagship products
  • Lead our product go-to-market strategy by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Legal & Compliance to develop field enablement and communication assets, launch sales campaigns, and strategize commercialization tactics
  • Partner with the Sales organization to strategize pricing, collect field intel, manage product demos and articulate the value proposition of our solutions to interested clients
  • Be the bridge between technical and non-technical functions to scale a client onboarding and training experience, developing communication and enablement assets (like tutorial guides and videos) to increase user adoption of new and best practice product features
  • Strategically segment, outreach, and engage the right client stakeholders at the right time to proactively gather feedback and drive value realization across the customer lifecycle, from initial product trial through conversion and renewal
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap by ensuring that client needs and challenges are shared across Product, Design, Data Scientists, and Engineering to ensure we continuously deliver the best user experience
  • Build and nurture relationships with customer advocates of our products, finding opportunities to collaborate on client case studies, partnership marketing and other opportunities


Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 6+ years of client-facing experience in customer success, sales or related roles (experience managing B2B SaaS enterprise customers preferred)
  • Experience developing and/or demonstrating highly technical digital products (ideally solutions that leverage big data, machine-learning and/or LLM-based technology)
  • Thrives in a client setting with ability to effectively engage junior to c-suite executives, demonstrate meaningful value and manage expectations
  • Partnership and client relationship-building skills are a must - able to work closely with partners like sales, solution specialists and product to facilitate engaging information sessions
  • Highly articulate, able to root out fundamental issues and synthesize elegant conceptual frameworks to drive to clear decisions
  • Program management experience, including the ability to work in a global and matrixed environment globally and across stakeholders with different thinking styles
