Role Overview:

We are seeking entrepreneurial and creative individuals to help build an in-house advertising and communications function for our Xfinity products and services. The in-house agency will be primarily based in New York City. This group will produce creative content for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print as well as extensive video production for various on-line and in-house needs. As the Resource Coordinator you will support the Resource Manager in freelance recruitment and scheduling as well as resource allocation management for our Studio resources (Design, Dev, QA).

Most Days You:

  • Coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across multiple departments at a fast pace
  • Deliver a high level of communication between hiring managers, candidates, and other staffing agency partners
  • Be responsible for the (internally identified) candidate interview experience from initial scheduling outreach through the interview process
  • Maintain accurate reporting within our internal tools (Smartsheet, Workfront, Excel)
  • Identify instances of under or overallocation for Studio resources by monitoring Workfront
  • Resolve Studio resourcing conflicts by reassigning resources based on skillset or escalating to the Resource Manager and/or Studio Manager.

You Bring:

  • 1-2 years’ experience working as a production, recruitment, resource or office coordinator in a creative, marketing or production setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to internal and external partners (Hiring Managers, Candidates and Staffing Agencies)

  • Empathetic understanding of the candidate process
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize action in the resourcing and recruitment coordination process
  • Ability to take ownership and seek opportunities for enhancing interview and resource workflows.
