Objectives of this Role

  • Represent Finitico, with a comprehensive understanding of our services
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Improve our time spent winning and closing deals

Position Responsibilities

  • Field inbound call center leads and inbound web leads
  • Reach out to business owners
  • Develop referral networks to locate prospective leads for funding
  • Maintain accounts, guide customers throughout financial application programs and process renewals

Skills and Qualifications

  • Confidence and a knowledge of sales best practices with 2-3+ years’ experience in a sales environment
  • Experience closing deals, hitting quotas and meeting expectations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Familiarity with financial, banking and funding guidelines
  • Previous experience in finance or other related fields (preferred but not required)
