Job Description
Join the Chief Administrative Office Strategic Initiatives (CSI) at JPMorgan Chase & Co., an internal strategy group managing a diverse portfolio of projects across all business lines. This role is part of the Intelligent Solutions Product Strategy team, responsible for introducing and scaling innovative technologies and tools. We collaborate with business executives, tech groups, and external vendors to pilot new technologies, market tool benefits, and track key metrics.
Job summary
As an Intelligent Solutions Product Data & Analytics Lead within the Chief Administrative Office Strategic Initiatives (CSI), you will drive reporting and analytics efforts across multiple Intelligent Solutions products and emerging capabilities. You will own and create the longer-term vision for the quarterly reporting across all products and the Intelligent Solutions dashboard product which provides insights to monitor and further drive adoption of tools firmwide. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including defining value metrics for new/less mature capabilities, analyzing adoption landscape for particular tools to define key focus areas. This will be accomplished in close collaboration with LOBs and Corporate Function centers of excellence (CoE) and technology partners. The lead will also consider applying analytical and automation tools to streamline reporting and dashboard maintenance processes.
Job responsibilities

  • Develop data product - manage development of insights dashboard to serve the LOBs/Corporate Function CoEs and provide analytics to guide their intelligent solutions initiatives. Prioritize stakeholder requests and develop product roadmap.
  • Deliver monthly reporting - liaise with LOBs / Functions across the firm and centers of excellence to collect and report out monthly metrics for the Intelligent Solutions product offering to firmwide senior ops and tech leadership
  • Build relationships and drive progress - establish relationships across the various LOB intelligent solutions centers of excellence, technology teams, and finance partners to track progress, drive improvement of metrics and create a vision for overall analytics workstream
  • Develop executive presentations/communications to share progress, insights and findings of analytical projects, and to help define the roadmap for dashboard product
  • Conduct tool specific analysis - analyze tool adoption, telemetry, or benefits data to identify trends, compile forecasts, determine variances, and conduct supply and demand analysis
  • Deliver ad-hoc data analysis - complete ad hoc deep dives for senior leadership inquiries, analyze data and perform root cause analysis / diagnostic to develop recommended solutions
  • Organize firmwide forums to discuss common challenges and share best practices
  • Build an in-depth understanding of technologies (e.g., Robotics, Process Modeling/Discovery) and specific tools (e.g., UiPath, Signavio), and potential applications across Operations/Functions
  • Manage and develop junior team members - Manage team members across multiple geographies, including their book of work and delivery. Provide actionable feedback and career development.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience - 4+ years of experience in relevant industry (Financial Services, Management Consulting or Technology) and role (Innovation, Transformation, Change Management, or Process Improvement)
  • Interpersonal skills - Ability to partner with team members, partners and stakeholders to support in-flight initiatives and priorities
  • Execution skills - A bility to quickly distill broad-ranging information into a discrete set of opportunities and activities; exceptional organizational/ project management skills
  • Communication skills - Executive-level communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to directly engage senior leaders
  • Technical skills - Technical acumen with the interest and ability to learn new technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required. Familiarity with Alteryx, Tableau and other data analytics tools and techniques is beneficial.
  • Interests - Strong passion for technology and transformation-based initiatives; clear entrepreneurial spirit with ability to bring creative solutions to new opportunities
